The staff is helpful, and the front office personnel especially are welcoming. A great sense of camaraderie exists in the place. Like all health facilities, the odd instructor might want to get carried away, but like I say, one did not acquire the weight and the wobbly bits overnight, and there should be a sense of fun attached to the whole thing."
