Bums, Tums and Thighs (BTT) class is a full-body aerobic exercise class that focuses on toning and strengthening the lower body

SGPTC

Small Group Personal Training Class is a group personal training class designed for a maximum of 6 people in a class using the power zone equipment and it's accessories

FLAB U-LESS

Anaerobic upper body workout guaranteed to halt body jiggles

P.O.W.E.R

(Pump, Oxygenated, Weights, Energy and Results): A full blast cardio and weight regime to strengthen muscles, heartbeat and boost energy

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training class is a workout that alternates between short, intense bursts of exercise and brief recovery periods

Outdoor run around Ringway with a variety of routes and distances, allowing you to work at your own pace

The studio is set up with a wide variety of soft play equipment to keep the tumble tots running, jumping and playing in a cool, safe and stimulating environment
