The Jazz offered at MFDA is a free style class suitable for all students over the age of eight. Though a foundation in ballet is important, Jazz encourages the dancer to embrace personal expression and movement. A variety of contemporary, Jazz and African rhythms are incorporated into this energetic and fun class.
